Dr. Andy Robertson, DVM
Dr. Andy Robertson (H.A. Robertson, DVM) is a native of Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from Catalina High School in 1970. Following high school, he enrolled in the veterinary curriculum at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. He earned his DVM degree there in 1977.
While in Colorado, he also met his current wife, Connie. They married in 1977 and returned to Tucson where Dr. Robertson began his veterinary career and Connie began her career in medical technology. The couple raised their three children in Tucson: Melissa, Drew and Eric. Both Andy and Connie enjoyed participating in the education and extracurricular activities of their children.
Dr. Robertson joined Dr. John Tye in 1997 and founded Cortaro Farms Pet Hospital. After 14 years of practice there, with a total of 34 years of veterinary practice each, they elected to sell the pet hospital and retire. While Dr. Tye remained in retirement for health reasons, Dr. Robertson elected to resume practice after 3 ½ months of retirement.
As an avid outdoorsman and regular visitor of the White Mountains, Dr. Robertson feels fortunate to have found employment with Blue Ridge Pet Clinic and Dr. Carol Rowe.
Dr. Robertson looks forward to meeting the clients and assisting with the medical, surgical and dental care of their companion pets. We are fortunate to have the contribution of his experience and compassion. |
